We hired Life is Maid to do a move out clean recently. We spoke with the owner, Mirelle in great detail over the phone. She asked very detailed questions to understand what we wanted. She asked about the size of the duplex, about pets, did we have a glass shower door, blinds, appliances etc. At the end of the conversation she said she would send 3 people for 4 hours to get the job done. She quoted a low and high ($400-$600), we agreed. The work was not completed. She texted and had us do a walk through 30-40 minutes before the 4 hour time completion. It was not done, however, she assured us she' get the remaining hammered out except the blinds. She would not have time to do those. We reluctantly agreed even though that was something of high importance that we relayed to her in that very detailed phone chat. Fast forward to a couple days later when I had the opportunity to go and check the final work. They left sooo many things untouched. The top of the fridge, inside cupboards and drawers, the floors looked horrible, closets were not swept out, windows not done, the counters in the kitchen were not even wiped clean sent a few photos to let her know this was completely unsatisfactory after paying her $625. She apologized and sent someone to fix it. Mind you, we had already moved an hour away. I returned a few days later to again check and the work was not completed STILL! I was shocked when I reached out to her and she said too bad I cant do anything for you. They also broke our vents above stove. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I recommend running from this company! The things they did touch and supposedly clean were not even done satisfactorily. HORRIBLE business practices.

Mireille and staff have cleaned our home several times. We have 6 dogs on a farm. We have serious dirt. They are always prompt, friendly and professional. It amazes me how much they can get done in a short amount of time. I highly recommend them.
