When he was working on it, he found that the group who had previously worked on this in 1998 had laid shingles on boards and hadn't replaced the boards. K & K had to replace all of the boards because they were rotten. He would keep in contact with me several times a week. During this project, it was very rainy, and K & K covered the entire project with a tarp. They went over and above what they had to do."
