Materials showed up a month early, unannounced as I was leaving for a week-long vacation(DeBella was aware of) but I was told I had to take delivery, which I wasn’t prepared for. DeBella CS was horrible. The labor crew were awesome and very effiecient but I still don’t have my exterior lights back up, because the crew wasn’t allowed to reinstall them. Being a single mom, I don’t have the knowledge or tools to do it myself. I know just enough about electrical to know not to mess with electrical. I lost faith in DeBella as soon as they got the sale."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
