I would give more stars if I could! Eli went above and beyond to make sure I was in the loop on what they were doing. I had an addition built on my home and it looks fabulous and was done on time. It wouldâ ve been done even earlier, but we had to wait for windows to be shipped. He was very conscientious on budget and never tried to hard sell any changes to the work order, but gave good advice when I needed to decide to do so on any particular issues. He and his crew were always respectful, honest, and diligent at doing their very best work. I count them all friends and will be using them for any of my future needs.

I can not say enough good things about Eli and his team at Advanter! We had been defrauded by another local contractor who did some sloppy work on our home addition and then stole the majority of our downpayment. Advanter was referred to us by friends and stepped in to help us figure out how to fix the problems and move forward on the project. Their pricing was very reasonable, and Eli even suggested cost-saving options along the way. The difference between Advanter and our old contractor was night and day. After nine months with only a foundation and poorly framed walls to show for it, it was amazing how quick the project moved along with competent professionals. We were in our new addition in just about two months of Advanter taking over. Communication was great and work happened as promised. We could not be more pleased with the final results and wish we would have known about Advanter from the start.

Eli and his crew were so amazing. They worked hard to make the exterior of our house perfect. He handled the water damage easily, replaced all our windows, a door into our garage, put on new cement board siding, did brick work on the front of our house and put in seamless gutters all around our house. Our house looks amazing thanks to him. We will use Advanter Home Solutions for all our remodel needs in the future. There is no need to look any further. They are simply the best and most reasonable. We highly recommend them for any and all of your repair or remodel needs.

Eli and his crew renovated my master bathroom and laundry room after I had a water pipe burst below, ruining the subfloor, they replaced the old pipes with PEX, brought the safety valves up to code, installed new subfloor, installed a new vanity and floor laminate. The work is beautiful, perfectionist and professional. They are hard workers, very knowledgeable, honest, reliable, respectful and clean up well. I will call them whenever I need something else done.

Sliding glass door install. They informed me of the door missing holes and to call for warranty work. They still got it installed and adjusted with the manufacturer defect.

They have the most experience of anyone in Tri-Cities' with removing popcorn ceiling and texturing to make the ceiling fresh and inviting (We tried other companies/contractors before and were disappointed). Our entire upstairs ceiling had popcorn ceiling and now it has a clean knock-down texture (modern) look. They were fast, kept it clean and affordable. We hired again for some wall repair work in laundry and bathroom. Would hire again for the downstairs ceiling work in the future. Thank you!
