Used them on 2 different occasions now. They're a little spendy but they do excellent work. I only marked them down on responsiveness because the windows out front were installed crooked and I had a heck of a time getting any of them to agree and reset them. In the end they fixed them and they did a great job. On time and clean up after themselves. Everyone there is professional and friendly at the same time. They're going to put a front door for me pretty soon so I'll let you know how that goes. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

ON TIME, EASY TO WORK WITH

Perfection Glass has done two jobs for me. The first in September was a large sliding glass door and the second was a new window. Both jobs were done with perfectionism and I love them.

As usually, perfection glass is professional, responsive and the best in town for installing windows. Because of this, it takes a while to get on their schedule because they are so popular. They always respond to any follow up in a prompt manner. They are the best in our area.

The representatives at perfection glass were great in helping me pick out the windows. They did this with out pressure , answered all my questions and fully explained the warranties. They also took care of getting me rebates from the City of Richland and the PUD
The workers, Daniel and Michael, arrived promptly within the scheduled time. They were very personable, efficient and professional.
They cleaned up completely after each window was installed and at the end of the job, leaving me with beautiful windows that sparkled in the sun. I was totally able to carry on with my daily routine while they worked and they were very helpful and pleasant if I interrupted their work with a question. I am overjoyed with my windows and the installation.

I was extremely satisfied with Perfection. They gave me a great quote on new windows and because I signed up at a home show to sign up, they gave me a front door for free.
They replaced 4 living room, 2 bedroom,and 1 dining room window..........they were punctual, professional,very hard working.
They were done within 2 days time and even reordered windows at the last minute because I asked for a design on them...extremely accomodating. They even brought in a professional to explain to me why I couldn't go with a different type of window from the front of my prefab. They didn't have to do that but they did.
They trimmed everything out extremely well and the whole front of my home looked 200% better when they got done.
They cleaned up afterwards and now I'm ready to paint next year wooooot..

Office staff extremely professional and helpful. Assisted me within 2 minutes of my arrival. Gave me a price including tax and scheduled installation. Told me right from the start that it would be 5-6 weeks. Installers arrived on date scheduled and were even early which was not a problem since I told them I would be available all that day. The two young men, Ryan and Ron were extremely professional, friendly and informative. Didn't mind my looking over their shoulders and asking questions. If you are looking cheap then go somewhere else but if you want quality, professional service and installation then use Perfection.

The price was reasonable. It was good, they made a couple of mistakes but they fixed them. They were replacing a broken window, a broken Egress window.

Perfection Glass sent out an estimator to give us a bid on the above work that needed to be done. After some confusion over my email address, they sent the estimate to me via email. I had some questions and immediately responded to the email to ask the questions I had. I never received any reply. When I called about the lack of reply several days later I was told that the email was probably stuck in the estimators email box and that they would remind him to check for it. I never did get any reply to my questions. When I asked to talk to the estimator I was told that he was out but that if I emailed him he would call me back. I was confused, but waited and focused my energy on other tasks that needed to be done for the rental.
I finally decided to have a different contractor replace the sliding glass door. It was recommended by a friend that I take the broken pane from the bedroom window down to Perfection Glass and have them replace the pane. They said that this would be an easier and more time efficient way for me to get the job done. I did take the pane to Perfection Glass. There was a man in the front office who measured the window, even though while he was measuring it he said that someone else should probably do the measuring, and then he ordered the pane. He told me it would take about a week for it to come in.
When the pane came in I took the window back to Perfection Glass. They attempted to install the pane in the window but realized that the pane was not the right size. Exasperated I agreed to return when the correct size pane was delivered, in another week.
I called to make an appointment to have them install the screens asking them to refer to the original estimate that was emailed to me about a month earlier. I was shocked when I was told that this particular estimator had no business estimating the job. I really didn't think that was my problem or any of my business. They said they could not honor the estimate. If they had told me that they could not honor the estimate because it was bid as a bundle package, I would have been understanding. Their excuse was that they sent the wrong person to the job, and they even said that this particular estimator didn't know what he was doing. With this being their excuse I pushed, and said they needed to honor their bid. They did, but were rather put out that I would make such a demand.
I will only use Perfection Glass if I have to. They are a large, if not the largest, glass supplier in the TriCities. I would rather deal with a company that upholds their end of communication and contracts. I'm very upset with my experience with Perfection Glass and amazed that they have such an outstanding rating on AngiesList.

These guys are very professional. I went to their store and found i could get a new door frame and hardware included and all including hardware. All I had to do is spend x amount of dollars. I needed new front door, ours was worn from years of use plus its wasn't square any more.
I chose Milgard windows, Their bid was less then their competitors, plus a much better window. Price was so good we were able to replace all our windows. Shawn and Jamie make sure your satisfied. Matt installed our shower door and front door he was very picky installing it making sure it was right.

They were good about everything. Everyone was very professional.

The old windows were removed and the new ones installed, as per the origional bid. All paper work was submtted for the REA rebate and the rebate arrived soon after the job was completed.

After getting several bids from companies around the area we chose Perfection Glass. From the sales team and office staff to all the installers we were extremely happy. They were friendly, helpful and very professional-each and everyone. We took our time deciding on this purchase to upgrade our home and we chose correctly. They helped us in the showroom, showed up at the house on time cleaned up after they were through. The Perfection Glass team seemed to truly enjoy working for this company. We have and will continue to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

They were very professional and very prompt, especially when we were trying to sell the house. Their quality was great.
