Total Rip-off. WAY too expensive for the hours spent and mediocre work. One day spent one hour and 25 minutes. Charged $300.00. I think he thought I was a stupid 70 plus widow with a big property. Left a large stick leaning up against a fence in the driveway (they put it there) for one month. Never seemed to be able to see what needed to be done without telling them The work was for general clean-up twice a month. No big projects. Worked out to over $100 per hour. For that price I can get a good service-somewhere else.

My yard was a mess due to illness and neglect, Uriah and brother were able to bring back all the areas around the home harmoniously. They are good listeners and did the job exactly as asked. I was so impressed with them that I signed up for their service.

They took a weed filled hilly backyard and leveled it out, installed sprinkler system and sod. They did a awesome job, and in just a few days

From the estimate until final clean up Bright Lawn was outstanding. We had a swampy mess in our back yard. We had French drains installed and entire yard had new sod installed. The team also installed a beautiful rock wall and built new garden beds. For most of this 5 day job we had rain. But the team pushed through the harsh conditions like champions. In addition, I hired the for a spruce up of the front yard and garden cleanup as well. Bright Lawn was never late. The workers were courteous and professional Juan the owner was calm as we were worried with all the mud during construction. He kept positive and reassured us it would be great when finished. It surely is awesome and we are looking forward to enjoying our gorgeous yard and gardens for years to come. Simply put—These guys are outstanding!!!

The work was done very nicely, and I love the way the yard looks. The only issue I had was that thy did not get there until 3:00pm. I had given up and started thinking about how to get the yard work done. GREAT job....I will hire them again.

Nice enough people, but lack of communication and nothing in writing. The final bill increased by $180 with nothing extra done. I had to call them back to finish areas I had reminded them to do three times. Finding that bark dust is just minimal and had to insist they use landscaping fabric. They did but did not anchor it in any way. Did a great job of fixing some pavers push up by tree roots? Would consider hiring them again for general landscape maintenance, but not larger jobs.

Professional, hardworking crew. They did an excellent job on our retaining wall.

Jose and his crew installed a sprinkler system for us, along with a small redesign of sections of our front yard. He was always punctual and great to work with! He & his crew were task-oriented and efficient. In fact, we were so pleased with their service that we hired them to do our weekly yard maintenance!

Due to the ice storm this year I needed to install a fence for a fallen hedge to neighbor. Responded quickly by phone. Juan asked and I gave details of the type of fence. Reasonable pricing and schedule to install. Crew showed up on time and did a great job.

They showed up when they said the would & did what I wanted them to do. The workers were efficient and friendly.

Excellent service and communication; I had ten sprinkler nozzles replaced and several hundred square feet of sod removed to extend my existing rose beds. Juan and his guys showed up ready to work, explained the process, and got everything precisely the way I had imagined my beds would look.

I hired Bright Lawn to build a fence, on the good side of the fence it looks good. But on the other side, the fence is not properly nailed together. One of the planks was loose and one worker commented that a board was very loose but the other man said it was ok. And on the backside of the fence, the boards were nailed to far from the top to keep the top of the fence stable. I have contacted Bright Lawn several times and got one reply that I would get a call from them the next day at noon, no call was received. I will have to pay someone to correct the mistake.

The workers do their job efficiently. I have been especially pleased with their even grass mowing and edging. At times, I have asked them to do extra jobs, such as planting a tree, or spreading barkdust and resetting the sprinklers, and they have been very helpful. I have been impressed with Juan, the owner, who has communicated with me on how they are doing....very professional.
