"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. "We had a refrigerator quit working two days before Christmas, Dylan Hamilton did respond, he went to the home, determined that he could get the parts and fix the refrigerator. He asked me for a check of 350. before he did the work, I thought this odd, he said he would get parts and go the next day, which was Christmas, I told him I needed this done quickly, because the home is a rental, and a refrigerator is necessary. He tried to make an appointment to do the work on Christmas, my tenants had someone visiting, they wanted to be extra careful during covid. so they did not want a repairman in the house on Christmas. For some reason Dylan did not try to do the repair on Saturday or Sunday. On Monday we were expecting him all day, then he told us he got in a car accident. I waited all day on Tuesday not hearing from Dylan, no phone calls. By Wednesday my tenants were very upset, no refrigerator for a week. i have asked Dylan for a refund, he said i should be getting one, but i have not received my refund. I did not receive the services, and i need a refund. I am very unhappy with the company for no service and no refund. It was an extremly stressful time, waiting for him to call and do the work for many days, and getting no phone calls."

"Was assigned by my home warranty to fix my furnace, 3 months and several attempts later we still have the exact same problem. It is not fixed. When my frustrated spouse told them not to come back, along with the, "sorry we couldn't fix it." We were told the technician has pictures of our thermostat showing 72 degrees. (Space heaters and fireplaces are apparently not supposed to be used when your furnace is out) we're from the desert, we like it from 75-77."

"I purchased a dishwasher and an above-range microwave from Costco, both within a few months of each other. (Rats chewed up my former dishwasher's wiring and ruined the whole unit.) On both of these installations, my experience with A-1 was nothing but very positive. These guys really know their way around kitchen appliances! They had some issues with removing the old microwave, but Cole figured out a workaround and managed to get the thing out. Our only real issue has been with Costco, because the store doesn't bother checking with A-1 before setting a delivery date. Then A-1 has to change the date because they're backed up. That glitch is all on Costco, not A-1. We've had many contractors and installers in our home, but A-1 is the best! You can count on them to work quickly, efficiently, and carefully. They're very courteous, too. God bless A-1 Installations! (I wasn't compensated for this review, by the way.)"
