Working with Cherry City Plumbing from the initial phone call to the completion of service was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. The office staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and overall pleasant to work with. Then the plumber who came to my house, Anthony I believe was his name, was extremely skilled, very respectful of my home, did the job in a timely and well done manner, and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for being you Cherry City :-)

The company was efficient and responsive. The plumber was friendly, worked fast, and helped out with other small tasks we needed on the spot. The price seemed a little high, but we were glad to finally find a company that could get the needed work done promptly.

I called Cherry City Plumbing. They sent someone out that afternoon to quote. The work was done the next day and the city inspector signing off the following morning. There were several interactions between me and Cherry City and I never had a problem getting them on the phone. I was kept abreast of when the plumber would show up, contacting the city to schedule the inspection, etc. The concrete contractors were able to work around the plumbing and were able to finish without delay. This is the second time I've used Cherry City and will use them in the future.

The Cherry City plumber Anthony was prompt, polite and professional. Due to old plumbing, the job was bigger than I hoped for or anticipated however he was thorough and provided a good repair job.

I called on a Thursday and since none of my plumbing issues were emergencies, I was pleased to get an appointment for the next Tuesday. The plumber, Anthony, arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. I showed him the repairs I needed done, and he started with the single handle shower faucet. He had to leave to look for parts and was unable to find everything he needed. He was ultimately able to flush the debris out of the faucet by turning the water to the house on and off several times. He replaced a shower head also. He fixed a leak on an outside faucet and replaced the flush valve on a toilet. It's been a week and all the repairs are fine. Anthony was respectful of my property and left no mess in the house. As to the price, I'm new to this area and not sure what is reasonable. Also, my house is 40 years old and I can understand some parts are no longer available. The quality was excellent and I will definitely use Cherry City in the future for all my plumbing repairs.

I noticed there was no hot water late on a Thursday. It was 20 minutes past closing time for Cherry City but they answered the phone anyway. I told them I had no hot water and expected the hot water tank needed to be replaced as it was 10 years old. They worked me into the schedule Friday morning and I had hot water by noon. I was thrilled that I did not have to go the entire week-end with cold water!

The system also has a circulating pump that appeared to be working but and quot;Maxand quot; the plumber said it too may need to be replaced. He suggested waiting a few days to be sure as he didn't want to replace something with the added expense involved unless it was truly needed. The next day, the kitchen faucet took forever to get warm but all other faucets in the house were instantly hot. So I wasn't sure if the circulating pump was the problem as it seemed odd that all but one faucet was operating correctly. The next day another faucet was running cold for a long time so I called Cherry City for advice. They recommended replacing the circulating pump and worked me into their schedule. Max arrived again within half an hour and replaced the pump. It appeared to be much more complicated than the hot water tank as he had to do lots of soldering and replacing couplets and pipes. He did a great job and I had instant hot water in all areas of the house in a couple of hours.

What happened... my husband and I were working on replacing our bathroom flooring and toilet. When we pulled the toilet, we found the flange to be cast iron and it was beyond our capabilities to remove. I called 2 other plumbing services and both were busy. Ack!! Then I called Cherry City Plumbing and they were on it. The phone operator was very kind and responsive. We waited a little bit for them to come because they had another customer ahead of us.
But we were SO RELIEVED when their plumber (Anthony A.) came! He was so kind and respectful; a definite asset to Cherry City Plumbing. He went under the house, drilled, cut, pulled, replaced and removed the flange. Labor cost $142 (1.5 hours of work) and materials cost $25.98.
Will definitely call Cherry City again. They earned their high rating. Thank you!

They showed up promptly as appointed. They did the test and then informed me they would bill me later. All happened just as they said. I will use them again for this service.

Went well. Feel it was done right, they got the leak and also removed and replaced the wet insulation.

We set up getting a sink side hot water dispenser and a leak diagnosis over the phone. I was told the labor costs and the cost of the unit. I was told it would be approximately 1-1 1/2 hours. The plumber did nice work and was done in about 1 1/2 hours. I was charged, though, for the 45 minutes it took him to leave his former job and to stop by the office to get the hot water heater. I gave him a check for the full amount, knowing I'd have to figure it out with the office. When I tried to get this figured out I was told that same day that the receptionist would talk to the owner and someone would call me by 5:00 that evening. No one called that evening or in the morning. When I called back, I was transferred to the manager. He just kept saying that they always charge for travel time. I said that was fine but the quote on the phone never mentioned that. He said he would talk to the owner. I have never heard from any of them since. Customer service is lacking and sad. No more

Serviceman quickly determined that the source of a downstairs leak was in a pipe in the wall above it. He also explained why the leak occurred, and how to avoid having it happen again. Great service.

I called the office and spoke with Melissa; she was very helpful and pleasant. By the next day the utility lines had already been marked, and Bruce, the owner came out on the next regular business day to estimate the work. He gave me a very detailed explanation of what work was needed, the materials to be used and how long it would take to complete the job. He was very helpful when looking inside the home for leaks by pointing out some small things that could be done to save me money, such as a lifetime warranty on a kitchen sink faucet that needed replacing, as well as a shower wand replacement. He answered all the questions I had with a pleasant and professional attitude and I felt confident in placing the work with his company. He was very responsive when I felt I had questions about the progression of the work along the way.The work was carried out just as he described and with very good workmanship. One of the best parts of this experience was that I could talk to a real person each time I called and not an answering machine or an aswering service.

This was a terrible experience. The plumber never located the leak; tried to convince us to pay to replace every water fixture, repair every toilet and replace all shut-off valves in a 24-unit apartment complex; refused to crawl under the buildings to search for the leak after telling us they provided that service. We gave up on them and hired another company who helped us find the leak and fixed it promptly. We then received a huge bill from Cherry City (larger than the bill from the company that actually did the work) and refused to pay it. This matter ended up with a collection agency and in court.
