Stayed at my house for over 30mins, taught me what to say on the phone to cancel my pest control service with the other company and didn?t leave until I cancelled and switched to their company. I had to pay $299 cancelation fee with the other company to cancel my service and they promised me that they will let me it tried out and I can cancel anytime without a cancellation fee. After a few months of trying them, the service has been awful and I called today to cancel my service because it is waste of money to pay $100 every month for their service, the manager tells me that I own them $299 for canceling with them, although I was promised that if I switched my service with me and try them out I could cancel anytime without paying a cancellation fee!!"

David coordinated work with Summit Pest company regarding the removal of the rodents and even spoke with the HVAC company when we discovered water in one of the ducts. (Which has now been addressed by the HVAC company that installed the A/C). David and his crew went to work right away removing old contaminated insulation and then sprayed the crawlspace with an antimicrobial solution before installing the new vapor barrier and insulation. David always kept me informed as the work progressed. I was happy to see they were using respirators, specialized suits and other safety equipment during the process. The crew worked diligently, had a great sense of humor, they were respectful and kept a positive attitude the whole time. I’ve owned other homes, but this is the first time I’ve ever been involved in the restoration of a crawlspace. I knew I was in good hands with David, Nico, Ben, Nayla and their great crew. "If I could give this company a 0 I would. They treated my yard with what they said was pet safe products and within 12 hours of treatment 1 of of dogs got very sick. Then every 4 days each of my 5 dogs got very sick costing thousands in vet bills. The only changes in our household was them treating our property. I called right away and told them I didn't want to have them come out again. Then 2 months later they call and said that they are going to charge me canceling without notice which I told them I didn't want them to come out again. He was threatening me on the phone. Trying to force me to say "yes" to treating my property. Then said to prove it was his product that made my dogs ill. They don't do toxicology on dogs that I know of and 2 months later! Now they want me to pay them for a service I don't want or received. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS!"
