I am the manager of a retirement community in Gresham. Mike and his crew did an excellent job on our complete re-pipe project. Mike explained everything each step of the way. Their estimate and final bill was meticulously itemized so that we could see exactly what we were paying for. Mike and his crew were always on time and always polite to our elderly residents. Working with a family owned company like A&D has the added advantage that you get to talk to the "boss". No one is passing the buck or making excuses. We have used A&D plumbing for many years and would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for an experienced and knowledgeable plumbing company.

This company is amazing! they were quick to respond and schedule my work. Mike gives great quality work and outstanding customer service. I needed plumbing advice on a holiday weekend and this company responded immediately and assisted me. Quick and very professional

Mike and Kyle Auger at A&D Plumbing, inc came quickly and replaced part in my leaking kitchen faucet. They brought the right part and fixed the problem for a very reasonable fee. The work was done in 2 hours aftermy original call. I will call them again if we have another problem.

We had Mike and Kyle come back to finish the plumbing on our remodel. They scheduled the date, were here on time and installed our sink/faucet, garbage disposals, fridge water and installed the dishwasher. Mike is responsive, honest and upfront. They work fast and are very professional. They'll be out one more time to fix the water main turn off in the house. We will use them again as we need. They are our go to plumbers!

I called Mike and he and his son came the same day. I was frantic with the thought of a leak underground and how much would it cost. Mike said he doesn’t charge a thing until he takes a tool out. I loved that. So many people charge 100-200 just to take a look. They dug where the water was found the leak and fixed it in about 11/2 hrs. Very professional and I will use him again.

We are remodeling the kitchen and the hot water valve wouldn't turn off when we removed the sink. We used Angie's List and BBB to find someone with good reviews. We called and left a message, which was promptly returned. They squeezed us in to fix the valve and we also told them our water heater had issues. They took a look and explained the issue which was age. We'd paid for something that wasn't needed in the past and Mike never bad mouthed anyone but explained options and what they could do. They sent the bid and we asked them to include some of our remodeling plumbing. We received it the same day as promised and scheduled a new water heater, which they installed early when they had an opening. We will have them back to finish plumbing when we are at that stage of remodel. We are so impressed and appreciative of them. We've already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. Mike and his son were professional, polite, kind and honest. Our home is older...so we have a plumber for life now!

My plumber I have used for years has moved away, so I tried A & D Plumbing and was very satisfied. Very little water was coming out of our old bathroom faucet, so I called Mike. He asked if he could call back in half an hour, as he was just arriving at another customer's home, and he called back as promised. He and his son were only a few minutes away, so came promptly. They took a picture of our faucet in a different bathroom, and went to the store to find a similar one. Came back right away and replaced the old faucet with the new. Everything works great and was cleaned up. Very friendly and professional.

Great. The came a little early, after calling to see if it was OK, which it was. The guys did a excellent job. They were extremely pleasant to work with. They left the worksite clean; we had to do no spot touch-ups or anything. Will definitely hire again.

As well as could be since the house was set up kind of funny with huge flanges. That issue was resolved.

He ans his staff were very professional from beginning to end. Good quality of the job and cleaned the area when completing the job.

Great! I left a voicemail and Mike the plumber returned my call promptly. He's a clear communicator, and he came out the very next morning to fix my problem. In about 15 minutes, Mike and his son were able to repair something I'd spent hours working on. They tried to save me money by salvaging the defective part, but it was beyond repair. Fortunately, they were prepared and had the replacement part on hand. They were quick, clean and professional. I recommend them and I will reach out to them again with my future plumbing needs. It looked like Mike could fit me in the following Tuesday which I agreed to. However, Monday he called, said he was in the area, and he could stop by. Yes! I was tired of having my garbage can under the leak. He and his helper came out. Both were very polite. Mike checked things out and realized my faucet was to blame. He had to take it apart, fixed things, and then aligned the faucet correctly for me. (The hand tap had always been off center.) There were no leaks with the shut-off valves and he told me so. After I paid, I asked him if he would take a look at my water heater. He did, pointed out a spot where it had been previously mended, and said the heater looked fine but to keep an eye on the patch. He checked the year and showed me where it was on the label. I really appreciated Mike's integrity. He could have made more money by selling me things I didn't need, but he didn't. I will definitely use the company again.

Mike worked us into his busy schedule within a day. He arrived on time and had work done promptly.

Absolutely fantastic. We needed a galvanized IP stop valve replaced because it was leaking, and we needed a different one than the one we had because wanted to run a refrigerator water line. Mike called me back right away to discuss my needs, and then said he would call me back later with scheduling. He called back a few hours later with a gap in his schedule, and was able to come over immediately. He fixed the problem, put in the parts we needed, and answered all of my questions. Very friendly, professional, prompt, and very reasonable pricing. I would absolutely recommend and hire again.

When I called Mike to see if he would be available to do our small job he was kind enough to work us into his booked schedule. We really appreciated him making that extra effort to fit us in. He was very polite and professional and did a nice job. I would highly recommend.

Aaron arrived quickly, assessed the problem and repaired it timely even though he had a very tight space in which to work. From now on, Aaron is our first call for any plumbing needs.
