I leveraged a promotion marketed by Angie's list. The company quickly followed up to alert me that they had miscommunicated with Angie's and could not provide unlimited duct cleaning and would understand if I wished to get a refund. The owner Jess was very transparent and genuine, and we negotiated a very reasonable cost to proceed with the work. He arrived promptly, was highly professional and friendly, and most importantly, did a great job. I would definitely hire him again.

We scheduled the appointment for today at noon almost 2 weeks ago. They called me 10am to say that they wouldn't honor the deal unless I paid them more money. They blamed Angie's List, saying there had been a mistake and it wasn't what they signed up for. They said they would lose money because they'd have to pay $60 to Angie's List. They even went as far to say that they were having to call all of their customers about this. It was very last minute and I had planned on being home for this. It felt like the classic bait and switch. I would not use this provider as this is just bad business.

Very well. The apartment I just moved into had some stains on the carpet in one room and a very foul urine stench in the other room. ProWash was able to get the stains up but the smell was beyond a carpet cleaning and I was told all the options I had so I could pass them on to my property manager.

Jess came early after calling to see if I would be ready to have carpet cleaned. He was professional and efficient. I will ask him to come again and clean my carpets.

I specifically asked in my inquiry for someone that moved furniture for my furnished rental, he said no problem, he moves furniture. New tenant moved in and moved a bed that was on wheels and found dirty to the touch carpet. I called and asked he apologized and said he would fix it, but didn't have time for a week. We made an appointment for 10 am a week later. At 1 pm I called and asked what was going on, he tried to back out of fixing it, that he doesn't move furniture, even though he specifically said he moved furniture. He said fine, but it would take him two hours to get there. (five hours after our appointment!) And he never showed up. I have asked him repeatedly to just make it right and he won't respond. I asked if he would refund my money so I can have someone else make it right and he won't do that either. Now I have to pay for it out of my own pocket personally, because I stick by my word in my business. Terrible service, so rude when I asked him to stick to his word. UPDATE 7/7/2017: Your response to my review is full lies. When I told you I needed furniture moved you said "No problem, I move furniture" No comment about an extra charge. You didn't do a walk through with me. At the end I asked how long I should wait to go upstairs, you said a few hours. I said everything was great because I assume you did everything you said, and I gave you a great review on thumbtack because I like to support small businesses, I think it's really important. You did not ever tell me you wouldn't move the furniture. I wanted you to come back. You did not call me several times. I called you. I sat by my phone waiting for your call. When I asked you to come back you never mentioned a service fee. I might have agreed to that as a nice compromise, even though I thought you had made a communication error, I wasn't terrible upset. You agreed to go back out and I was grateful. Then you just didn't show up at the time you agreed. I waited for you to show and you never did. So I called you because you didn't bother to call me. And you told you you didn't want to come out. I mean, you could have told me so I didn't waste my day waiting for you. I was not insulting you, I was telling you I am disappointed in the way you run your business, and I am not pleased. You provided me with terrible service, when something went wrong you made no effort to fix it, and you told me you would and then just didn't. You didn't try to solve the situation in any way. I would have paid $50 to have you come back out, would have been happy and would have left you raving reviews about how you worked with me to solve a problem so we both had a great outcome. This whole thing has been awful. I reviewed him already and his response to my review was all lies. Lying on a review response? Really? The spots he did clean were great. He did a great job. He was perfectly nice. But if something goes wrong expect to get screwed. Because I had to pay another carpet cleaning company to come out. He won't even respond to me to give me a refund. I run a business too, and I believe in customer service.

Jess let me know he was running late but once he arrived he worked diligently to clean carpets and couches. Great job- carpets look like new. I had previously done cleaning myself - never again! His results were so much better.

I had them clean the interior of the living room and hallway, because I had furniture I couldn't move. They had to move sofa to clean. They didn't move the sofa back to clean under it. When I moved the sofa back, it wasn't clean. I called them to have them finish the job I paid for, I had to leave a message and I never received a call back.

Nice folks to work with. Loved the smell of the carpets afterwards.

They did a great job. Arrived right on time. We went over the work and they began. I had a stain that didn't come out so Mike was able to cutout the stained carpet piece and replace it with the same carpet from the closet. He did a great job and you can't see the repair.
