Well, because of other commitments they were 3 hours later than scheduled. We were moving from Oregon City to Hillsboro. When the guys showed up though, it was like watching a well oiled clock. They knew exactly what they needed to do first and started right in on it. They were careful with things we pointed out and very responsive to any request. Very polite. When they arrived at the new place, it was the same. Tell them where you want it and zap, it's done. They never slowed down at all, always on the move and in time with each other. They wrapped special furniture and unwrapped it at the other end. We're moving into a newly built home at the end of February and will be using this company again, for sure. Very satisfied.

It was horrible, a nightmare. I talked to Heather over the phone, she was so nice. After talking to numerous people from Angie's list I wanted to go through her. She said they had all these carpet and hardwood protectors, door protectors, baseboard protectors, how they wrapped and protected your stuff and how professional they were etc. I felt so safe and secure. My husband said you sure, on other sites she doesn't have as strong reviews, people complain about actually having to move things themselves and other stuff. No way she so honest and nice! I go through with her each piece of furniture that is being moved. She gives me a oh you only need 2 guys will take about 5 hours. OK. I'm worried about the trip charge, oh shouldn't be in traffic even more than 1/2 hour to get there no problem. OK. Now I've told her and described every piece of furniture plus how a large TV needs to come down from a wall, a bed needs to be disassembled. Other than that nothing really needs to be disassembled other than as needed for moving. No problem we have all the tools. Right before the move we decide not to bring 2 huge couches (both over 7 foot long and the heaviest of the stuff being moved) and call her up and ask if OK to swap out with boxes of 12 books (pre packed) a BBQ, small small fire pit, a work out bench and a pull up bar (all disassembled and 1 person movable) with a couple of loose weights in an A frame. No problem. Day of move they are supposed to be here from 10 am to 10:30 depending on traffic. I get a phone call at 10:20 saying they are lost and not sure where my house is. 2 guys show up, I show them the stuff they are to move. They look at the mattress and say that he doesn't think the guy he has with him can lift the stuff and they need their buddy and need to go pick him up. Is this a joke? The 2nd guy is pretty wiry the mattress is brand new, I did tell her on the phone it's a spring mattress brand new and heavier then normal mattress and it's a Queen size. Nope he can't do it with the guy he has with him he needs to go get the other guy but they won't charge me for the go pick him up fee. Lie #1. Final bill start of service 9:15 am, remember I got a call at 10:20 am asking where my house was, Heather swears they were at my house working at 10:15, they didn't show up with the 3rd guy at my house till 11:15 am. They put up 2 door frame padding, one in the garage door one in the front door nothing anywhere else. NOTHING. The little one smashed in every wall and door. The other two actually could move things and moved everything without smashing into things. But they were definitely not professionals nor have any clue what they where doing. They took my solid cherry table (really heavy) and moved it without removing 2 screws in each leg and then put all it's weight on the legs and what do you know, it snapped the legs right off cause it's flipping SOLID WOOD and heavy. They were so in shock they came blubbering to me that it never happened before and didn't know what to do. I took pictures and told them to call their boss. I watched one of them screw around not sure what he was doing goofing off on the dollies with wheels and he flew off the truck and landed on his back off the truck in the dirt. I watched them go let's take all the securing locks off the A tower of the weights and rearrange the weights and see if we can lift them. Then promptly drop them all on the floor. They made comments on the last customer they had about how all her stuff was precious and how she was so after them to be cautious and not break anything. They made comments of let's see how much we can put on the lift to se how much it can lift before it breaks.... I felt like I went to a college and hired some guys off campus, they were sweet but very unprofessional and not knowledgeable nor efficient. They couldn't get the TV down off the wall with all the mounting. The got the TV down but not the mounting because they didn't have a socket wrench. I watched them try with pliers to undo a nut and slip smash into the wall and repeat. I'm said it's ok if you don't have the right tool we'll come back and do it later ourselves before you strip the nut or damage the wall. I watched them bring downstairs the dresser, I had to rush up and grab a painting off the wall they decided to turn up against and where about to destroy. Same piece of furniture they then asked me to throw a rug or something under cause they had to drop it and where going to scratch up the wood floor underneath. You have to follow them around and grab things, move things they didn't notice, or even think fast and grab a towel rug something to throw under your furniture because they are loosing the grip and need to place it down but guess what no freaking padding is down like promised. You do have to give them advice of how to move things, that exploded my head, I couple times said aren't you the professional I'm paying for, shouldn't you know if you should pack this with the drawers in for structure or not? They decided they were hungry as we were packing to go to the other house and they needed to stop somewhere and get food before going to the house. I said I'll have pizza delivered home, I didn't know how long they'd be since you pay for meals breaks too and did not want to have them out of my sight at this point. We get to the new home. New home has brand new paint, brand new carpet, real hardwood floors ask for the protection stuff again was promised. Get 1 door cover and one runner and get blown off. The runner doesn't even cover one full hallway. They put scratches on my hardwood, smacks on the wall and proceeded to break the a piece of the bed by over tightening a screw. Mind you to put in 8 screws for the bed it took them 45 minutes and cracked one of the support beams due to the overtightening. Still was able to put bed together and works so let that slide with all the other things was among the minor things. They proceeded to drag the BBQ across fresh laid bark dusk and make a great trench trough it and just threw the pit in the back and the cover beside it, didn't even cover them back up. Super nice guys, utterly unprofessional. If you have cheap stuff they are fine, if you have a real house and real furniture don't hire them. You do have to help them move stuff, you do have to tell them wow that's real wood you have to take the legs off, that's a real wood dresser you need to take the drawers out or you can't lift it, those are weights, please leave the securing locks on and place it on the dolly and on the lift ramp etc.... I talked to Heather afterwards told her I was livid with what happened. Showed her pictures of the damages. She fixed the table, ignored everything else. Never got back to me. I've uploaded a couple of the pictures from new home alone, didn't bother with scratches and dings at old house. Read her reviews on Yelp and other places you'll see what I mean.

AMAZING! Heather was incredibly accommodating getting me an appointment on short notice, and worked to make sure the timing fit my schedule. Frank and Chris were exceptionally efficient and kind, even when it turned out I had underestimated the job. I was very stressed out about the move, and they took care of everything and made it all easy. They even dropped some large items off at Goodwill for me! I'm so glad that I hired them!

They sent two trucks that were of a required size to traverse our very steep and narrow road to our new home. The three young men , Frank - David and Irvin, were polite, professional, friendly and very hard workers. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the service they provided, but if I were looking for three employees I would pick these guys up in a heartbeat. Heather and Tim, the owners, were excellent also in accommodating our needs time wise and date. A great company, with great owners and employees. If you are reading this as a reference for who to move you ... think no more .. this is the company you need.

The movers arrived 1.25 hours after my scheduled start time of 9am. They did call at 9:32am and advise their previous job ran long. Once they arrived, they were very polite, introduced themselves and took instructions on my preferences. They worked hard and did not damage any of my furniture or walls. They weren't the quickest movers but the care taken with my belongings was worth the small amount of extra time. Overall I was satisfied with the service provided.

What an excellent company. I used three movers over 4.5 hours to move a large storage unit. The guys were fantastic to work with and made my moving experience better than I could have imagined.. They were very friendly and accommodating and no piece of furniture was to heavy or awkward for them to handle. They were amazing from start to finish!

They did a GREAT job, I was impressed that they actually knew what they were doing. (Previous movers I was not impressed with.) They were on time and wasted no time. They even managed to get my 7' armoire up to the 3rd floor which at first we all thought wasn't going to make it, but with the help of the manager opening the 2nd floor vacant apt., removing the armoire doors, and the tenacity of this crew, they got it up there. I am so grateful!! Not to mention it was a 100 degree day. They communicated very well with each other and with me throughout the move. Thank you guys!

The move itself went perfectly. However, I was charged an extra 1/2 hour because the drive got lost using his GPS, and had to call for directions. This move should have only cost $110 instead of $165.

Great! They were punctual, professional, friendly, and most of all efficient. It was absolutely pouring rain and miserable that day, and I had a very slow elevator that led to a door a long ways from the truck. Tucker and Chris opted to just use the back stairs for my whole move because it was so much faster, led to a door close to the truck, and would keep my stuff dry! These guys did not have another job they needed to get to, and they were getting paid by the hour. Out of sheer professionalism and customer service, they went above and beyond to get the job done. The whole move only took 6 hours - that's with some bad traffic too!

They never showed up! I first called at 3:30 when they didn't show. There was no call back so I tried texting. Heather responded via text and promised to look into it. Then we exchanged a couple texts over the next 2.5 hours where she swore this had NEVER happened and she had couldn't reach the driver. (There was a 2nd mover scheduled too so I'm not sure why HE couldn't have come at least.) She said this employee had worked for her for years and maybe he'd been in an accident. Later in the day she promised another crew could 'probably' come after their first job, possibly by dinner time. I asked for confirmation of this but got no response. At 4:40 she said she'd let me know soon. By 7pm I still had no information and no response to my texts. At 8pm I texted her that they were fired. She called us immediately and sort of apologised and said turns out she just learned her mover was in a 'terrible car wreck'. Now this may--or may not--be true. But why couldn't the other guy have been sent alone? Or that other crew she promised? Or she could have come helped herself! That would have been better than nothing. By then it was too far late to find anyone else so my husband and teen son and I had to do the whole move by ourselves, and it took us til 11:00pm. I count on Angie's List for reliable referrals so I am taking the time to share this.
