Needed wasps nests removed. They came out right away and took care of the nest, there were several more starting and took care of those as well. Finished by applying a product to prevent them from returning.

Pointe Pest has successfully eradicated our ant and rat issues. They were very informative, used great products and proceedures, and kept to scheduled appointents. We feel our issues eith both pests have been resolved.

They did great so far having a second initial visit due to weather but I think they will do great finishing up, then we will have a month follow up and the periodic visits going further.

Very good communication, prompt service and good price. Tech who came out to do the first service was efficient, friendly, knowledgable and answered all our questions.

Waiting to see results from extermination

It is too early to write a review, as this is a 6-week project... at least.

We had a problem because the person that came was not wearing a mask inside our home until asked too . Contacted the office twice and after second call we received a call from the manager with an apology and stated the company policy was to wear a mask in side customer homes. The companyâ s work was fine and we will continue the service.

We had an issue with interior ants and random spiders. Called Pointe Pest Control , got a quick appointment , Mike came out and did treatment both of the inside of house and exterior. He also placed a couple of ant traps on counters. Two days later zero ants and haven’t seen any spiders . Great Co! Courteous , professional, safe product, quick response, excellent results. Highly recommend!

The problem was addressed properly, and is being solved now as I write my review!

Timely availability

They were much more thorough in the initial inspection than 2 others asked to bid. The control approach suited me better than what others proposed. Pricing was competitive. Technician Response times very good but customer service is nonexistent. Look out for price discrepancies between bid and contract and invoices.

Pointe pest control was the best economical option for ant and pest control I found and they are doing a great job! I like that they treat for pests 3xs per year vs. many others that treat 4 times. And you still get a warranty. Very easy to work with as well!
