"My husband and I went through a bit of a time with a mini-split A/C and heating unit we had installed back in August 2022. The unit cooled well but it ran loudly and would surge very high then back down for no reason. We started using the heater in Dec. when it was getting cold at night and immediately began having problems, always shutting off and going to the codes. The owner of Indoor Airman, Jeff, immediately sent Vic to check it out. To shorten this review, we will say that after several trips out to Williams and unable to get the unit to work properly, Indoor Airman replaced it with a new unit and motherboard and ità ¢à  à  s been working beautifully! We apparently got a à ¢à  à  lemonà ¢à  à  unit which was NOT any fault of Indoor Airman. We canà ¢à  à  t say enough good things about how this was handled, and how professional and kind every employee was who came to our home.
