They are the only company that I'll ever use. After Gabriel did a diagnostic review of my system, there were a lot of complex channels to go through. Gab was very clear in what would have to be done. When everything was finalized, the process of removing a damaged cooling system began. Dakota and Roy were topnotch installers. They came at 8 o'clock in the morning and left before 6 o'clock in the afternoon. It was very hot that day and when I voiced some concerns about it, Dakota said "it's no problem, we'll be here until the job gets done". They were both very polite, professional and kind. They relieved a lot of stress I had been having. I highly recommend this company....

Mark came to our house and discussed our heating/air needs with us. Because of our 2 story house and the number of windows on the second floor, we needed to have a zone system installed. Mark gave us a quote right then. We did get another quote, which was actually a bit lower. But we felt that Southern Oregon was very professional and efficient, so we decided to go with them. Cody and Shane installed the unit over a two day period. They were polite, pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves. Warren, the service supervisor, came by to review the work and make a few adjustments (which is typical for a complex zone system). We are very happy with the work done and highly recommend them.

The project went beautiful. Completed it in December. They did an marvelous job. We finally got them in November,and figure where to put what. In mid December, they came, and I took the three days off. They lit it up, and I was happy with it. We have blown in insulation, and certain areas you can't go in, which is why those rooms didn't have any heat, up until this point. They put the ducts in the attic, the difficulties in the stuff falling down. He took a big cardboard box, while cutting the hole, and putting in the register. They hardly got anything in the house. They kept it really clean. I was really happy. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.I did some competitive quotes, and they were competitive. It was a fair price. All the quality of the manufacture system. Train was a top notch. Its a really good system.They were quite responsive to my questions. Getting me on a schedule, the whole bit. They are in Medford, and were about an hour away. It was an variation of what time they would be here. We had some weather issues. I am not sure I would fault them on being late. You can't give them an A, the tardiness could be blame on the ice we had on the roads.

I was so glad they could come out the same day and take care of the problem.

By the second day of no heat during the December of 2013 freeze, we were another day out before a repairman could even take a look at our problem. A Southern Oregon repairman across the street at a neighbors was willing to work us in for a diagnosis. He convinced us that our 22-year-old unit was in need of replacement. He arranged for the sales guy to meet us later that day. A new Trane unit in Tacoma could be delivered and available for install the day after next. The unit arrived as promised and the installers showed up on time, installing the unit that day. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and proved to be trustworthy. I will be working with them in the future and will recommend them to others. My neighbor has been working with them for years and has a great things to say as well.

I have already referred them to a couple people. They were the quickest to respond of anybody I called. They were very courtious and did a great great job.

We have always been happy with their service. They are timely in coming out. They basically fix the problem. About a year ago it was to the point of trying to decide if we were going to have to put in a new heating system. They were able to find the parts for a little older system to save us the money for having to put in a new system. The quality is always good. The price is what we expect. We ask them to be out at a certain time and they are here within half an hour. They are very professional. They are coming again next week.

This was annual preventive maintenance on a heat pump purchased from and installed by Southern Oregon Heating and Air two years ago. At that time, there was no Angie's list in my city, so I couldn't report on the fine job they did. The installation was totally professional, including making some modifications to bring vents under code that had nothing to do with the heat pump, and rerouting a dryer vent to make it safer. Neither of these things were necessary to the installation, but were done without additional charge. All my contacts with this firm have been prompt and professional.
