They were great and they're service tech is very helpful and explained everything. If there is any problem like in thermostat, they were there immediately to fix it. They were very responsive.

They did great work - all the staff was friendly, polite and efficient. The only hiccup we encountered was the delay in gaining the initial quote. Once we had a viable proposal, the project proceeded without delay. We were/are very grateful to have the HVAC since directly following the installation, we had months of smoke in the valley due to the fires. The HVAC saved us! Thanks Jeff. We enjoyed working with both you and Danny although all the staff were great.

Indoor Air Man and Energy Conservation Specialist once again did a fabulous job for me. Yesterday, Danny reconnected my heating and Ac duct work in the renewed cellar and under my house. He also put back the ceiling vent covers. Danny once again exceeded my expectation and he is one of the most polite and pleasant serviceman I have had work in here. A few years ago, Indoor Airman previously did a performance assessment of my home for free. The they renewed my heating and Ac duct work and the cellar was not accessible at that time (TAX Credit). They also put insulation in my attic plus a solar attic vent fan for which I got another (Tax Credit). When I heard strange noises in my attic, they placed traps on my attic and under the house, catching 5 rats! Danny even came back and took out the caught rats. Danny fixed my crawl space with a nice cover. They are my go to guys for so much of my home needs - Their diverse skills and work are much appreciated. Thank you, Danny! You do a superior job, it is a pleasure doing business with you and to INDOOR AIRMAN.

It went well. They got it in and took care of all the paper work. Their pre-sale customer service was great, but they could improve on their post installation follow up on customer satisfaction.

I appreciated their assessment as it was thorough and informative. I trusted their conclusion. I thought that the salesman spent a lot of time talking with me so that I would understand the issues. When the work was done, they had completed the work well, had great communication, quality work and overall I am happy with the results.
