We decided to go with allied to have our hvac replaced and they did a fantastic job! From getting a quote to having everything installed and the routine service & maintenance they have always been great with communication and being on time, everyone I have met has been friendly and kept their workspace tidy. They truly go above and beyond for their customers!

Allied Comfort Pro has outstanding customer service. We had two other companies out for a service call and they could not diagnose the issue. We were recommended to call Allied and their service tech came out and not only found the issue with our HP but also informed us about their Maintenance service plan. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how our system operates. We highly recommend this company.

I would strongly recommend that no one use this company. We used Allied comfort pro to install a minisplit system in our home 2 and a half months ago. I could not be more displeased, disappointed, or, frankly, angry about the treatment we have received. f We gave this company over 7K and are extremely unhappy with a yet unresolved issue involving a malfunctioning unit. First, the company promised that after installing the system they would send a technician for a routine check in 2 weeks...6 weeks later we'd heard nothing from them and hadn't seen them. The office manager/scheduler, Vicki, was patronizing to my husband when he called to ask that the service call be provided as promised. Additionally, and more importantly, it seems that one of the units installed in our home may be a lemon, because it has unusual problems (it makes lots of noises, waking me repeatedly throughout the night). The techs who have come out to investigate have basically told us that everything's fine in spite of the fact that the problem continues. There has been poor communication within the company, because each time a tech comes out, they seem to not to know about the problem and what has already been done and communicated about it. Although two of the technicians they've sent have been professional and respectful, I am particularly boggled by the unprofessionalness of one of their technicians in particular. This company has twice sent out a toxic technician named Richard who has been disrespectful, rude, and unhelpful. In his two visits to our home, he has interrupted myself and my husband we're explaining what's going wrong or asking questions, has walked away from my husband while he was the middle of a sentence, and speaks down to me in an incredibly condescending way all the while being unclear in his communication and not helping to solve our problems. Just now he walked out of a service call before finishing when I called him on speaking disrespectfully to me. This guy is such a jerk that after the initial install appointment, my 11 year old son, who had been present, said, "Mom, why was that guy so mean to you?"

I should have done a little research on what might be wrong and what a reasonable repair cost should be. $70 for the dispatch and diagnosis was OK but I ended up paying $260 dollars more for a start capacitor that you can buy on Amazon for $21. The technician did not break down the cost of the part and labor-He just gave me the total cost. It took the technician less than an hour to install it so I ended up paying $239 for labor. That is way too much. $100 in labor would be high but not unreasonable The technician was very professional and yes I wondered about the cost when I gave him the go ahead to make the repair and I didn’t argue that the price was too high. I just asked to keep the old capacitor so I could see what the capacitor cost was later. He was there and I didn’t want to tell him the price was too high and just leave it and I’d have someone else make the repair. This seems to be a common thing with HVAC repairs. Long’s did something similar on an start capacitor for my furnace a few years ago. You would think I would learn. Anyway, Allied Comfort Pro does not deserve the “A” rating that shows up on the list. Their labor costs are just too high.

The capacitor that was replaced was a Run Capacitor, not a Start Capacitor which has a separate function, construction and price. The Run Capacitor replaced in your system is a Dual Run Capacitor which assists in making sure the compressor and outdoor fan motor function. This Dual Run Capacitor also comes with a 5-Year parts warranty as noted on your invoice. There are other Run Capacitors that can be used, however, we have selected this product because of its quality, reliability and warranty it provides our customers. With that being said, it does come with a higher price tag because of the dual functionality, quality of the product and warranty as mentioned above. We price all repairs with Flat Rate Pricing, not Time and Materials. This allows our technicians to focus on what is wrong with the system and then being able to do the repair correctly the first time. We actually have less than an hour allocated to this repair so we assure you, you did not pay $230 in labor. We would never charge our customers a rate that high. If you have further questions or concerns, please be sure to call our office and our Service Supervisor would be happy to speak with you. Our goal is to make sure our customers are happy with our services, that is very important to us. Thank you!"

We called several companies for bids. It was clear who we were using before we even got the estimates. The difference in professionalism and expert knowledge was obvious just based on the questions they asked during the walk through. We hired them and the job went exactly as planned and we have had zero problems.

Very well. The technician went over and beyond. He passed through a sticky screen door on his way to the outside unit and calmly squatted down and with his screw driver made some adjustments that improved it. He then continued to the unit. I commented on how noisy the unit was when running. Again he calmly placed a small piece of duct tape under each screen rod where it met the top of the unit...Voila! I have since replaced the duct tape with rubberized tips. Allied had to order the part from Portland, but UPS had it here in just a couple days. We were first on the last that next morning. The Technician was very prompt and in not ime we had A/C again. I was very pleased with Allied and would use them again.

Steve knew what he was doing to handle the large multi-zoned system that I have. Because my ducting was drooping, he recommended an air scrubber which I thought would be good. Steve said it was one that he tested and did work. Since I was confident of Steve's advice, I did buy one even though I felt it was a little expensive at $900. I have breathing problems and would be well worth it if it only worked half as good as Steve said.

Unbelievably great. Prompt, courteous, knowledgable. Technician told me he could be there in am. Called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Had the necessary equipment and fixed the heater (in a freezing house) on Christmas Eve. He is my hero. Also found another problem which will be fixed next week. Accurate breakdown of price. Even showed renters correct placement for CO2 monitor. I couldn't be more impressed.

Installation was completed on time and in a very professional manner.
At all times the installation personnel were very courteous, took care
to clean up, and went out of their way to keep us informed of the

A lot of work needed to be done and much of it was unexpected as they found patched together ducts made of old fiberglass and inefficient. Had to find time to replace the entire system during a very busy time for them. It was hard work as they were in a small attic in 100 degree weather which made it much hotter in the attic. We found everybody involved was awesome. They came early in the morning and worked hard all day, doing excellent work. They were patient in explaining what they were doing and were perfectionists in their quality. Everybody was great from the older guy who designed it to the young guys who installed it to the woman at the office who was incredibly nice when we worked with her. Our system now is so efficient we don't recognize it anymore. The house is balanced and every room is cool and comfortable. Now we wish we had had it done years ago. Just a great group of people. I could not recommend them more. Equipment is state of the art. I can set my thermostat with an I-phone.

Simply put, Allied is the best HVAC company I've ever dealt with. They treated us with respect and communicated with us about every step. They are heads and shoulders above any other company we've dealt with during our long home renovation. Each person we interacted with from Allied was respectful and caring and extremely competent.
The price for the system was the best we found in the area. Have I mentioned that their service was amazing? Each morning Vicki called to tell me when the crew would arrive. When they did arrive, the guys let us know what they were working on and when they expected to be complete. When they left each day, they gave us a summary. I've never experienced such responsible communication from start to finish. When they came to remove the old heat pump and electric air handler, they were super careful to not damage any plants outside and to contain the dust inside in the basement.
I would recommend Allied for any and all HVAC work. Can't say enough.
