We serve the greater Portland area! Walk in our Portland & Rainier locations! We have recently became locally owned! Join us as we grow from our 2024 grand opening! We began our journey as hardwood installers in 2004. Our customers loved us and wanted us to specialize in more surfaces, so we expanded into stone fabrication in 2006. Later in 2010, we started installing tile. We opened our first showroom in 2014. Shortly after, we began working with carpet and vinyl. Since then we've expanded to blinds, and interior design. We are eager to grow into the future from our September 2024 grand opening! Our Rainier location is open from 9am - 5am, Monday - Saturday at 105 E B St. Rainier, OR 97048
"My 70 year old living room hardwood floor needed some attention. They sanded it down to virgin wood and filled in any gaps or dings, mindful to keep the tile around the fireplace perfectly flush. If I didn't know any better, I would swear it's a brand new installation. I have a very small coat closet off the front door that I had them leave untouched just to keep some history of what it once was. Excellent work. Professional, responsive, and on-time. If I had anymore hardwood floors, I would definitely call them again."

Although it was a costly project, we are pretty sure the final product costs were significantly lower than our other bid(s). Specifically, he made right when property damage occurred (that was a result of unanticipated weather) and honored original estimate costs even when some contractor labor was much more extensive than first anticipated. It took a couple weeks longer than originally planned, waiting to see if the original hardwood flooring was still available, which it wasn't. It wasn't a huge deal, and I wasn't particular about what was used; just wanted a floor. Thankfully my husband was home when they came to do the job the first time and told them no, don't put anything down until you know there's enough to finish the job. Otherwise, they would have had to tear up what they put down and start over. Overall, I'm pleased with J&B and would hire them again."
