Description of Work: overall piano cleaning and tuning. It had been in storage and had been a little while since the last tuning. Ingrid took care of what I asked her to do and made recommendations as to what needed to be done. I trusted what she told me and now my piano sounds so much better. Love knowing that it is cared for and ready to be played beautifully.
