Like five rows of paneling on the side of the house that were damaged, like two boards that were rotten, and like the area between panels that were getting water in and under them. Big Larry Designs & the Haynie’s are, by far, the worst vendor/owners I have ever done business with. That said, I do take some responsibility for the issues, as I broke my own #1 rule: NEVER, NEVER, EVER, pay a vendor in full for their product prior to delivery, especially when that product is delivered months out. A deposit is fine, full payment is a HUGE mistake. A full payment requirement puts the buyer at a distinct disadvantage when problems arise, and problems will arise.
