"I’m assuming this company has the capacity to do good work based on their reputation that I was aware of, however they are new to Eugene & the new techs that did the install didn’t know what they were doing. Their coating became porous & brittle within a month & after finally getting one of their project leads to my home for inspection, which was an ordeal in & of itself, they admitted a faulty job, offered me 50% discount on the condition that they could come back & redo the project when it fit my schedule better & I would pay them the 50% back. However I have not received the discount yet & I have had to reach back out to them to request it & now all I’m getting is a request to leave a review. Lol"

They don’t pay their subs which is coming back on us now. They won't respond to any communications. A lien has now been filed on the project because of their lack of payment. "• In the beginning it seemed like they did everything right. In the end, they damaged the two items we asked them to be responsible to pack which were either very expensive or very sentimental. We packed everything else. As I reported the damaged items to them they took weeks to reply. They ended up picking up the damaged floor lamp to send to the lighting store in Albany for repair. But the crew that picked it up were in a hurry-up-and-get-it-to-the-truck mode, failing to prevent the various parts of the lamp from clanging into each other and causing more damage. I asked them to add more blankets to protect it. They then said "You don't have to be a d!@khead about it." I then asked for their names, and they refused to disclose their names. They then said they would be reporting me to their management. After they added more blankets they then started to move it to the truck, and then repeated the phrase "You don't have to be a d!@khead about it.""

Worked with a “crewleader” that they breathalyzed to see if he was drinking. Or not . No employee handbooks. No professionalism at all but claim to be a huge franchise. He’s a joke and id never expect them to have an actual buisness. Picture attatched was a room before we moved Everything into the corner of another room in an oldfolks hone and asked for it to post as a “full move in” picture to say we set the room up."
