"Thank you for your feedback. We value each customer experience and apologize that yours was not up our standards. For clarity, we agree your particular install was not up to our standards. Everyone makes mistakes, and on this install, a mistake was made. Being the Best and Community are two of our company values, and with these values in mind we will always strive to provide a top quality install and experience. Upon offering to redo this project the customer stated they would be having a very busy summer and suggested they reach out to us in September to determine if they would like us to redo the floor, or just leave it as is. At this time the customer requested a refund or discount, suggesting as well that if we offered a partial refund/discount now, and they decided to have us install a new floor, they would return the refund and in the end pay in full for the work. We thought this was fair and agreed. We are happy to return and install the quality floor you see on our websites, social media, and in the neighborhoods and businesses of Eugene. Again, our apologies for this particular project and your experience. On a last note, the picture posted shows two things, off gassing from topcoat (air pushing through the coating as it cures) If this happens we can easily come back and fix this. The discoloration is where the customer spilled chloroform on the coating, which in some cases can discolor. Such discoloration can again be easily fixed by our team."
