"Arrived, had the tank open, they checked it out, pumped and I still have a clogged line under the house and since they are not authorized for plumbing work - could not do the work, but had recommendations and will follow their advice.  Was great to get to me so fast - as next service would not be available until Tuesday.
It pays to have Angies List recommendations

"George arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. Did professional and excellent work, cleaned up the worksite completely, charged a very fair price and thanked us for considering him. I would give GLS Plumbing six stars if I could. But for now.....TWO THUMBS UP!!"

"ONLY bathroom: Plan is only for the "wet" parts = shower redo. No other work in bathroom. I need to have another contractor complete the entire project that I want. Dave Stuebe is excellent in his presentation and clarifying all aspects of what DaBella would do and the products that are guaranteed by the manufacturer. Dave is exceptional. Now we wait for the install date to come. Then the completion of this project for a TOTAL bathroom re-rejuvenation. Fingers are crossed! Unable to provide a just eval due to work from DaBella is not yet completed. Your "review" soft ware needs to be updated to add "job not completed" to the YES or NO question about "hire again"."

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

Toilets questions, answered by experts

Some of the most common plumbing problems in mobile homes are frozen pipes, leaking pipes, clogged drains, and low pressure. Since the pipes in a mobile home aren’t as insulated as those in a standard build, they’re more susceptible to fluctuating temperatures and damage.

To test for toilet leaks, use water coloring in the water tank and see if the water slips into the bowl from the tank. This test will indicate if there’s a problem with the flapper or refill tube. You can also put water coloring in the bowl of the toilet to see if there is a leak there. If there is, you should see the colored water on the outside of the toilet bowl or on the floor.

To avoid the high costs of plumbing repairs, watch for potential problems. If you see any signs of a leak, consider hiring a professional plumber. A pro can assess the level of damage and make the appropriate repairs.

Plumbing leaks are always better tackled immediately. You can also fix any minor repairs yourself or ask the plumber if they can use less expensive materials.

Yes, you’ll need to replace your toilet’s wax seal any time you move the toilet. This is because movement of the toilet will break the seal, rendering the remaining wax useless. Thankfully, replacing a wax seal is fairly easy, and the seal itself only costs $2 to $10 at most home improvement stores.

When replacing a wax seal you typically also have to replace the closet bolts that secure the toilet to the flange. These are usually about 2.5" - 3" long and have to be cut once the toilet is secure. Cutting them usually makes them too short to reuse.

Yes, frozen pipes can cause a toilet to stop working correctly. If the pipes are frozen, water cannot flow, which can lead to two main problems. First, the supply line to the toilet tank may be frozen, which prevents the tank from refilling with water after you flush. Second, the drain pipe itself can freeze, blocking water from flushing away. As a temporary solution for a non-refilling tank, you can manually add water, but this is not a long-term fix. To clear a frozen drain pipe, you can try pouring warm water into the toilet bowl or tank and then flushing, as the warm water may help thaw the ice blockage. Ultimately, the best course of action is to unfreeze the affected pipes to restore your toilet to full functionality.
