Poor follow through with commitments. I was told I would be shown how to winterize the system and then what to do in the spring startup. Neither of these happened. Upon turning the system on this spring, several stations would not work. Before I knew what was wrong with my new system, I texted the owner and told him some stations would not work. The owner said he would be out to fix it. After waiting for two days I decided to see if I could fix it myself. The problem was the wiring had lost its connections due to splices being made and buried in the dirt rather than being put in the box where they would be protected from weather. After I re-wired and installed two little boxes to protect the splices, the system worked. This spring the lawn was getting dead spots due to not have good coverage. After the wiring problem encountered and lack of response, I decided to have someone else fix the system. They split one station into two and redid the sprinkler heads because they were not evenly spaced for adequate coverage. One station was split into two due to not having enough water pressure to run all the heads at the same time. I have beat myself up many times for the choice of this company. With what I have had to do to fix things, it was just not money well spent."
