"It went fine, and the rep was nice and professional. he was unwilling to go under house to examine footings of foundation. This was surprising to me as I thought this was part of foundation system. Don't know if this is my misunderstanding of what "foundation work" means. After some pressure from me, He did poke his head under the house and said he couldn't see any issues. He was unable to identify the cause of the cracking in my house, but indicated all was level as it should be. I was left feeling uncertain if I had paid $99 for nothing or not."

"We recently expanded a deck, added a patio cover, and are putting a hot tub underneath this second floor deck. There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid, but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work. Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it. Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching. At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back. I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid."

"Pablo and crew were excellent. We had a couple of things we wanted to take care of and Pablo had a vision and painted a picture of how he would transform the whole patio. Other landscapers said they would do this or that but Pablo was able to do it all. GTG was always on time and respectful of the property. Now we are the talk of the neighborhood as people drop by to admire our new patio."

Very loud: they used jackhammers to dig through the concrete; why they didn't use a concrete saw I'll never know, as it wouldn't have been so messy
