"Jose is friendly, quickly got back to me, very knowledgeable and communicated clearly. He surprised me with how soon they began and completed work—at least a week ahead of expectation. Seems very trustworthy and I would call him again if we needed masonry in the future."

"We hired Eric's to build a large retaining wall; approximately 100 feet long and 6 feet tall. They completed the work promptly, everyone I spoke to was professional and punctual, and the quality of the work is excellent. Fair price and great workmanship; recommend."

"The construction of the awning (10' x 16' attached to house with two posts including concrete footings) went very well. A materials list and bid was provided quickly upon inquiry and construction of the physical awning only took a couple of days. They provided insight on the best materials to use for my budget. They were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to using them again. Highly recommend!"

"We discovered raccoon skeletons in the crawlspace, rats and other smelly debris in the attic of our 77-year-old house. Crawlspace to the rescue. Nice people- very professional and responsive to our questions. Finished the jobs on schedule. We recommend them highly!"

"Steve came over and gave us some good news (not a foundation problem), but also gave us a reference to someone who repairs concrete for the type of problem we have. He really knew all about these issues and told us some signs to look for that would indicate a real foundation problem. Very pleasant company to deal with."

"Job took two weeks end to end. The job was complex and involved tree removal, demolition, and then construction. Alex let us know what to expect and raised issues and decisions in an efficient manner. Noe and Gildardo were punctual, hard working, and took great pride in their work They worked through some wet and nasty weather and it didnt slow them down. The precision stone cutting they performed to build the wall properly really made a difference. The end result is amazing and we are very happy with the result."

"I researched 4 companies to fully encapsulate a crawlspace damaged by flooding and rats. I also did a lot of research into possibly doing it myself so i knew what to look for. John's was the most expensive, but they were all in the same general ballpark. I was put off by some of the competitors marking insulation as "extra" and not including in their initial estimate. Insulation is required! John's costs a bit more but you get more too: John's insulated the entire floor with wrapped foam pads, dug a drain trench around the entire perimeter, jacked up every concrete pier to slide vapor barrier underneath the posts, and used proper mechanical fasteners on all of the wall insulation boards. Every nook and cranny was sealed with spray foam. The workers were amazing. They did not cut any corners. They nipped and tucked every tight little spot and never complained or made excuses. They built a plastic clean-tunnel every day and took it down down every afternoon. They did not leave behind trash. My crawlspace is clean enough to literally eat off the floor now. I would recommend John's if you want your job done correctly."
