It has been our experience with Bob (the owner) that he listens to what your ideas are for a project and he then shares some of his ideas. Bob prepares a written estimate and thats it. No fancy drawings. We choose Bob because his prices are reasonable and we are always pleased with his work. Bob does not have office staff to answer his calls, so you have to wait for him to return your calls. This process can get frustrating at times. Bob had a local craftsman build our iron gates. The gates were very nice, but the paint that was used was substandard. Bob had the gates removed and delivered to another business to have them repainted. Though it cost us a bit more, it was worth it. We are enjoying our new outdoor space very much."

Really just blew me away with how professional and nice they were, both him and his team.
