"This job was not easy as the tree to be removed growing very closely among homes & outbuildings. Mike & his crew did a superb job of maneuvering the gigantic lift in among other trees & obstacles in my small front yard. They worked very efficiently, professionally & quickly causing no damage to my home, yard or my neighbors yards & homes. They cleaned up my yard, hauled off debris plus sawed up large limbs & the large trunk into stove size for a low income recipient. They stayed on the time schedule & the cost estimate. I am beyond pleased!"

"I have been using them for 3 years for multiple projects and would not go to somebody else. They also built a cabin in the woods. It was built 10 miles from the road so it was like carrying all the stuff up the path. They also did the garage and remodeling of the house, mostly kitchen and a little bit of plumbing work in the bathroom. Rock salt or Epsom salt can damage and kill tree roots over several weeks and can even assist in removing the tree's stump. However, you need to drill holes or cut into the stump and surface tree roots to inject them properly with the salt. Repeat the process every two weeks until the roots visibly rot away.

After a big storm, you may not be sure if a tree was struck or not. Look for the telltale long scars, like strips or gouges in the bark of the tree, running in sometimes jagged lines down the length of the trunk. These scars will often show vulnerable living wood inside the tree. It’s also common to see scorched or wilted leaves on the side or top of the tree where lightning struck.

If you’re planning on keeping the tree, unless the roots are invasive, there’s no need to remove them, as doing so can cause damage to the tree.
