He made up a cat 5 cable for us to hook the internet to the phone and he explained all the features. He also called back to make sure we didn’t run into any problems. We began fixing phones here in Portland, OR in 2009 and haven't let up since, opening our 4th location to more conveniently serve the Portland area in historic downtown Milwaukie (right off the MAX orange line stop). Our other locations include Tualatin, NE Alberta St., and NW Lovejoy (at the NW 18th Ave. streetcar stop). We only use top quality parts, have an experienced and friendly team of techs, and are proud to stand behind our work with a 6 month warranty.
