The Geeksquad required almost four weeks to complete the service. I waited two hours to get the PC submitted for service and about the same amount of time to retrieve it several weeks later. The security software they recommended and sold did not even catch the first virus that came along (past their 30 day warranty period by the way), so I'm back to square one, and $400 in the hole. When I contacted them I was informed they would have to bring the PC in again and they would basically have to perform the same services and charge whatever their going rate is. Steer clear of these folks, there has to be a better vendor out there that knows what they're doing. I should have checked Angie's list first time around.

I talked to a manager over the phone and negotiated a price. Then went to the store and bought the television and it was a simple easy transaction. I have also worked with their repair department, Geek Squad, and they are very competent. I will definitely go back there again.

After waiting for quite a while in line the "geek squad" took over. One member took so much quality time with me answering all my questions that I quickly forgot all the time I had waited. The knowledge he possessed was amazing. Then, after working with me for about 45 minutes he only charged the normal amount! It was great! The computer has worked great since!!
