"Drew was incredibly accommodating - got in to start working on our shower within a week of hiring him with several options to move forward with. We were first time home-owners and I did majority of the house, however, I have never tiled before and I built a custom shower I didn't want to chance messing up. He was respectful of our space and any needs we had, communicated and changes, if he needed to run out to grab something, and was great with our dogs.
