"I do NOT recommend!!! Unless you want to be trapped long term in a contract that cost $299 to get out of. Backstory: A salesman came to my door to sell me this. He would not take no for an answer. He obviously saw I was overwhelmed and trying to cook dinner for my 5 kids. He came around to the back of the house to continue to hound me. I ended up saying yes. Then, when I moved out of this rental that I signed the contract for, they told me I had to continue to pay or get charged $299 to cancel. They have even informed me if I don’t schedule a service they will just charge my account and just send me to collections. I love the threats… Now I have to either pay for a pest control service that my new home does not need or pay $299 to cancel. I wish I could give a 0 star review but I can’t. I regret switching from Brooks Pest Control. They were very kind, respectful, and overall a better company!"

One of their guys showed up at my door a few months ago, talked me into switching to their company. Stayed at my house for over 30mins, taught me what to say on the phone to cancel my pest control service with the other company and didn?t leave until I cancelled and switched to their company. I had to pay $299 cancelation fee with the other company to cancel my service and they promised me that they will let me it tried out and I can cancel anytime without a cancellation fee. After a few months of trying them, the service has been awful and I called today to cancel my service because it is waste of money to pay $100 every month for their service, the manager tells me that I own them $299 for canceling with them, although I was promised that if I switched my service with me and try them out I could cancel anytime without paying a cancellation fee!!"

"This company can improve by providing a longer warranty on their services, especially to areas that have variable climates. This company is based out of southern Oregon where the climate is temperate for 10 months out of the year. We are in central Oregon where the climate is temperate for about 5 months a year. The window of service is smaller in our area as we are experiencing extreme cold weather during months when All Natural Pest Elimination is calling to provide us with treatments. The ants are not present during these cold months so we have to wait for the weather to warm up and the Carpenter ant hatches to begin. Unfortunately, our warranty was up by the time the ants hatched and we are out 3500$ and still have a very serious ant problem. Tony Goin refused to remedy the situation, telling us "tough luck" but he'd be happy to take more of our money so they can probably not solve our ant problem....again. What a fraud. The service they provide one can do on their own buying product from Amazon and placing bait and gel in the appropriate areas. The treatment of drilling into our structure and spraying essential oils could have be done another time as the ants are in our walls, but Tony refused to provide that initial treatment more than once. Every other treatment consisted of technicians spreading bait around our house. Such a disappointment and serious waste of money."

This was no small task, as I have a single story home which has a larger footprint than many two story homes. David and I agreed to an excellent price and timeline. At first I was a little overwhelmed because I could see this was going to be an all hands on deck process. David coordinated work with Summit Pest company regarding the removal of the rodents and even spoke with the HVAC company when we discovered water in one of the ducts. (Which has now been addressed by the HVAC company that installed the A/C). David and his crew went to work right away removing old contaminated insulation and then sprayed the crawlspace with an antimicrobial solution before installing the new vapor barrier and insulation. David always kept me informed as the work progressed. I was happy to see they were using respirators, specialized suits and other safety equipment during the process. The crew worked diligently, had a great sense of humor, they were respectful and kept a positive attitude the whole time. I’ve owned other homes, but this is the first time I’ve ever been involved in the restoration of a crawlspace. I knew I was in good hands with David, Nico, Ben, Nayla and their great crew.
