"We hired Concrete by Design to install a backyard patio and sidewalk, and the initial work looked good? we were pretty happy with how everything turned out at first. George Anguiano was friendly and communicative during the project, and even promised to come back for a follow-up walkthrough and to seal the concrete or suggest how it should be done if we wanted to do it ourselves to save money, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, after the job was done, he never followed through. Despite multiple calls, texts, and emails over the course of several weeks (even months), we never heard back. The lack of communication and follow-up is really disappointing, especially since we were told those final steps would be part of the service. I would recommend George work if he actually followed up and stood by his word. Ignoring customers after a job is unprofessional and leaves a bad impression, even when the initial work is solid. We just wish he had followed up. "

"After paying $2400 for 3 visits and 8 hours of work you've ghosted me and wont get the additional dirt you said you would. Whats worse if you arnt responding and set my project back weeks and now its raining. 2 times you said dirt would be delivered and it wasnt...then no response for a week. Poor communication throughout honestly. Then the last load you randomly dropped off after no communication has a rock so big i cant even move it. You knew the rock was in there and you knew we had no where to put it. I've sent 8 messages in 2 weeks and the only time you responded is when you had "dirt" with a 300lb rock in it and who knows what else in the middle of the pile. All of this is about 1/3 of what you said you would get us to finish the project. Disappointed because I thought I finally found a good contactor, but you are all mostly the same. "
