"Water was leaking through the ceiling of our family room. We called Nick at Pacific Crest Plumbing. It wasn’t a crisis, so we did some troubleshooting over the weekend. He came out first thing Monday morning and began investigating. He was on time for his appointment. In fact, he sent us a text message earlier in the morning to let us know he would be on time. He found the source of the leak and fixed it that day. Since the leak was in between the first and second floors, some of the ceiling drywall had to be removed in order to get to and repair the leak. Nick was careful to cover the furniture and carpet before he began and made sure everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction after the repair. He also checked to make sure there was no mold and dry rot in the affected area. Nick has been our plumber for 25 years. He is a great guy and his work is always excellent.
