"Dave, I cannot thank you and your team enough for the amazing effort you put into helping me have the kitchen I dreamed of but started to think would never happen. I purchased my home during COVID and interviewed three contractors over three years and actually paid two of them for design work. I never felt comfortable enough moving forward with any of them. One day I walked into your showroom and heard you working with a client on the phone. Your manner, expertise and recommendations made me feel 100% comfortable with you and I moved forward immediately. You were patient, kind and willing to discuss different options and made the process so easy for me. You helped me to move forward through my points of indecision, without pushing me but by simply guiding me. Had I not found you I don’t think my kitchen would be remodeled even today, 5 years later. Your recommended installer and countertop vendor were also incredibly professional and competent. The finished kitchen is absolutely beautiful. I so wanted the Dark Walnut and you helped me with a door style that made it affordable for me. The cabinets are gorgeous and I get so many compliments during the many dinner parties I have hosted since the completion. Thank you so very much. I really appreciate you!! Sally Mueller"

"Hired integrity construction to raise a small section of an attic ceiling to match the height and shape of the rest of the ceiling and to make a half bath bigger by moving a wall into some dead space. Their framing, drywall installation, mudding and taping were excellent. Their suggestions on how to make the bathroom bigger were great and resulted in a tiny half bath becoming a roomy one. These people know their stuff. Will definitely call them again for my next remodeling project."

"Changed our 1960 kitchen and made it look like a kitchen built in 2020. It really exceeded our expectations. We refaced our kitchen in order to sell our house next year. We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. I consider myself handy, but I wouldn't taken this project on. Glad we didn't decide to paint. Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it, For reasons I can't explain, they think the kitchen is larger. That is okay with us. If you are okay with your kitchen's layout and the cabinet frames are okay, then this is the way to go."

"This was a first time project for us, installing a deck. We were looking for a reasonable and reliable contractor that provided quality work, we didnt want any surprises or delays... Hiring MRI Construction was the best decision we made!. Shannon and Dawna were very professional and well skilled at their job. They both provided excellent service and quality work. They went above and beyond what was expected. They were always on time and efficient and completed the work as promised. We will definitely have them back for any future projects."

Cabinet Contractors questions, answered by experts

It can take anywhere from two to six hours to install bathroom cabinets, depending on the complexity of the project. Keep in mind that this doesn’t include the time to build custom cabinets if you go that route. You can also expect the project to be on the lower end of the range if you hire a pro, as opposed to DIYing the task.

It’s best to stick with lightweight cabinets, such as medium-density fiberboard, if you don’t have a wall stud to secure them to. Unless you’re attaching the cabinet to a flat board attached to wall studs, it’s best not to risk it with heavy cabinetry or contents. Solid wood cabinets and heavy dishware should be avoided if you cannot secure the cabinet to a wall stud. Either way, always check the weight on your wall anchors and be sure not to exceed it.

Yes, new bathroom cabinets made from a quality material can increase home value. Updated cabinets enhance the overall look and functionality of the bathroom, making it more appealing to potential buyers. Additionally, they create a sense of cleanliness, an essential factor for homebuyers. Investing in new cabinets is a cost-effective way to modernize your bathroom's aesthetics and usability, which is a win-win for your home's market value.

In a kitchen installation, starting with the foundation and structural elements before moving on to the finishing touches is essential. Framing, plumbing, and utilities should go first, followed by cabinetry and countertops, then plumbing fixtures and new appliances. Flooring, paint, tile backsplashes, and similar finishing touches should get installed last.

Contractors commonly install floors before cabinets during a kitchen remodel. It’s the standard option when installing hardwood, vinyl, and tile flooring. Installing flooring first helps prevent height misalignment, ensures a seamless appearance, and saves extra flooring work and costs if you plan to replace or remove any cabinets later.
