We are a family run business, we are 4th & 5th generation contractors. I first received my Oregon general contractors license in 1978. Today, we specialize in providing design build services for remodeling residential and commercial buildings. We self perform some carpentry related tasks and have long standing relationships with many specialty contractors in our area. We always rely on licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians and electricians to do specialty work. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive."

The attic was almost 150 degrees the day that Tyler and his crew applied the spray foam, but they kept the schedule.
