He figured out the problem, not only fixed it but also cleaned up the leaked sewage (which we were not expecting!) and bleached the area, and pumped our whole system. Three hours from discovering this unfortunate event the problem was SOLVED and our whole system is working better than ever. He also took his own initiative to fix the broken pipe and cap we hadn’t gotten around to and order us a new clean cap. What could have been a disaster or at least major headache right before a new baby was barely a blip on our radar.
