"Lucas was punctual, professional, and efficient. We were very pleased with the work he did and will hire him again in the future to wash our windows."

"Chris Fierro is an accomplished care taker of windows and screens. Each window was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. The screens were carefully removed, cleaned and reinstalled He was trustworthy respectful and professional. I appreciated his kindness and dedication to doing the best job possible for me. I highly recommend his work to anyone that needs this service."

"Prompt response to the original query. Opportunity to meet the business owner as well as a relative helper. A clear explanation of the type of work to be done to rid the roof of moss and to clean 14 solar panels. Called first, then arrived promptly at the agreed time for the job. Good equipment for cleaning solar panels. Demonstration by phone camera of before and after the appearance of the dirt on the panels. Supplied water for cleaning panels. Cleaned the entire roof and placed moss remover on proper places on the roof. Work was done quickly and quietly. Owner, Balachi Castillo, dressed, cleanly, and appropriately for the jobs to be done. Work van very clean. Would not hesitate recommending Clearview Advance LLC for similar work. The company offers other kinds of services. I asked for an estimate of cleaning of all house windows. Plan to have them clean my windows after next spring rains."

"I was very impressed when I walked through my front door and everything was literally glowing! From the floors to the furniture to the bathrooms and windows everything was immaculately clean. I have already and will continue to recommend Juan and his crew to family and friends. Juan really is my SUPERHERO!!!"

"They did a great job cleaning our roof. My roof was in bad need of help so it took a lot longer than planned. They even had to come back the next day for no additional fee, and it definitely paid off. I even had a random neighbor stop me in my driveway a couple days ago just to tell me how great our roof looks!"

"Both guys were great. One cleaned deck and outside windows and the other inside"

"George and his crew work very hard and do an excellent job. We made changes mid-project and they accommodated us without complaint. The crew showed up early and stayed late. George is a great communicator and his crew is respectful. We got a two car driveway install done in two days. I highly recommend them."

"Adonay and his team is efficient, finished my minor siding repair work within half an hour. Both of them are patient and willing to explain all the work that they have done. Will hire them in future."
