Long story short, I highly recommend Window Genie! They are everything you are looking for in a quality, dependable, trustworthy contractor. I hired them to clean the gutters on my 2-story house. From the first text and phone call with Shari, the owner, it was a great experience! Shari was incredible. She was kind, professional and informative with all the info. She let me know the process, confirmed the cost and timing, and was able to get the work done the following day. The guys from Window Genie (Eric and Marquis) were awesome to work with as well, extremely friendly and nice. They answered my questions about gutters and cleaning, about downspouts and whether downspout screens are worth it. (Pro tip- they recommended against them in most instances, because they often cause more clogs than they prevent). Overall it was a great experience. Would highly recommend Window Genie to anyone! An excellent contractor!

Extremely courteous and professional. The pressure washing by Casie was thorough, and her cleanup included affected windows, garage doors, etc., as well as the street! Fair pricing based on another quote I received. Would definitely use again.
