Florentino did a wonderful job at our rental property and really helped us out with a rush job! The windows were in terrible shape and were extremely dirty inside and out due to neglect but after he finished cleaning them they never looked better! Highly recommend!!

Our condo complex used Perfect View for moss/debris/crud removal on our roofs, gutter cleaning and indoor/outdoor window washing. Florentino and his team did an exceptional job for us. It was messy hard work, but they left no trace. All they left behind were clean, moss free roofs, unclogged gutters and crystal clear windows. It was a four day job. They arrived on time and completed the work on time........and this was during the week in July when the temperature was 110 degrees. Very impressed. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Florentino and his two team members were great. We very recently moved into a newer home and asked to have our windows cleaned. On arrival Florentino took a look around and, much to my surprise, discovered our gutters were full of sludge and our roof was starting to turn green with moss. They were able to take care of everything in one visit for a very reasonable price. I was happy to refer them to my family right away.

Excellent! Florentino arrived early to give me a quote and then he and his wife were able to immediately clean all the windows inside and out plus the screens. Every one was squeaky clean and shining. Did it record time on a very hot evening. Florentino also advised my husband on a problem he was having with his bathroom window. Extremely pleasant and efficient. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Going to put them on a regular cleaning schedule for my windows. Excellent job!

Florintino was wonderful! His estimate was very competitive, and he did an amazing job. Our windows look brand new! Plus he offered to do extra gutter cleaning work for a reasonable addition to his estimate, with no pressure to accept (but we did!). He came back as a follow up to do something I'd neglected to ask about initially and didn't charge extra for it. I'm keeping his cards to give to friends and will definitely use his company again.

Our windows look amazing! Florentino came to provide an estimate the same day I called. The price was excellent, and he was great to work with. He and his crew arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and were pleasant and professional. They went beyond what I expected, cleaning sills, screens, mirrors, and internal glass doors. Super thorough and careful window cleaning, inside and out, including screens. They came right on time, were friendly and pleasant, and left everything sparkling! They previously cleaned my gutters and did a great job efficiently, cleaning up everything and leaving the yard neat and tidy. I will call them again for window, roof and gutter cleaning.

Excellent. I hired Florentino to clean our windows, gutters, power wash the deck and driveway, and apply moss treatment on the roof. Tino and his wife work very hard and do very high quality work at a very reasonable price. Everything looks great. We will hire them again next time we need these services performed.

Within an hour of posting on angi.com, I received a call from the owner to arrange a site visit within a few days. He was polite, observant and knowledgeable and not only provided an estimate on the spot but started and completed the work on the same day. The results were spectacular and his debris cleanup was excellent. I will use his services in the future.

It went great! Tino came out and gave me a competitive price and when I decided to have him do the work I called him up and we set a date and time. He was on time and Tino and his helper went straight to it. The windows were embarrassingly dirty; they've never looked better!
