Excellent! Very thorough window cleaning inside and outside, cleans out windowsills, cleans up well and leaves no mess, is careful working around landscaping plants, always prompt and reliable.

Great. Eric is fastidious and does a great job. We had used him several years ago and will continue to call on him as long as he is in business. Very friendly, wants to please his customers. He is a fast worker and charges a fair price. He is thorough in his cleaning - screens, tracks, etc.

Eric did an extremely conscientious job of cleaning my windows, which were very dirty. He spent almost 3-1/2 hours on the windows, sliding glass door, and skylight. On some windows, he cleaned them as many as three times to remove the grime to his satisfaction. He also cleaned the frames, screens, and grooves thoroughly. Besides being very diligent, I found Eric to be very friendly, communicative, and courteous. I would not hesitant to recommend him.

The problem is, he's very difficult to get a hold of, he's probably not even taking new customers because he's so busy. But anyway, he's great! I've used him for years; it's all A's. He did whole house windows inside and out and he also did glass shower door. He's a hard-working guy.

Excellent! Eric is a true professional. He quickly and masterfully washed all interior and exterior windows, sills, and screens. Demand for his work is tight, and we needed to schedule him a few months in advance. He called in advance to verify our appointment, arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and more than met our expectations. We've been using his service for years and continue to marvel at his work.

Called Eric for an appointment to get a bid.  He was very easy to work with.  We told him we wanted the main focus to be on the tracks, more then just a wipe out.  He assured us they would look like new when he was done.  He was easy to book with.  Even very accommodating when we had to reschedule.  Our son was home when he came to do the work and stated that he was professional and thorough.  We have had our windows cleaned by another company in the past and the tracks were simply wiped out and did not look like anyone touched them.  When we got home not only did all the windows and doors look great, but the tracks were spotless.  We could not find dirt if we wanted to.  He is truly thorough.  Will definitely use him again.

Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is honest, reliable and fair. His work is meticulous and thorough and he takes extra care to clean the tracks and to remove any paint or other spots. The windows look absolutely beautiful, and we would highly recommend him.

Firstly Eric quoted the job by pictures I sent to his cell phone. I thought this was a very effiecient way to do the quote. Our home is remote and this saved resources. Eric arrived about 8:30am. After a walk around he started inside. He wore booties over his shoes to protect the floors and carpet. He takes a lot of pride in his work. He worked nonstop for about 5-6 hours. Of course he had all of his equipment. He also cleaned 4 skylights that had never been cleaned. He did need to borrow a ladder for those. He is very friendly and easy to have around.

This is my third review of Eric and probably close to my 5th or 6th time using Eric. He is, as expected, top notch in everything he does. My windows are difficult to get to but Eric always gets them done right and looking like new. He is self critical of his work and will make sure you are completely happy. He is very easy to work with and I appreciate the special trip he makes out to my location since I know it is a bit of a drive for him. It has truly been a pleasure to work with him year after year.

Needed carpeting cleaned before wedding. They did a great job.

Eric did an EXCELLENT job. We replaced our windows last year, and while we love the look of our new Marvin windows with exterior mullions, they are super hard to clean. The windows had silicone and glue pieces stuck in some corners that only spread and smeared when we tried to clean them. (9 panes for each sash = 36 sashes per window!) I explained our frustration to Eric over the phone and I could tell right away that he was experienced and competent. I texted him pictures of the house and windows and he gave me a bid over the phone of $550. He came two weeks later (timing was fine with us) and set to work on the upper level. After four hours of intense work with his razor blades and towels, he said he would have to order some different blades in order to make the job efficient. Otherwise it would have taken him days. So he got the proper blades and came back three days later to finish. No detail was forgotten and every single window looks amazing. He was also really fun with our young boys. Eric is a solid worker and cares very much about pleasing his customers. We will definitely call him back.

When I called Eric, he gave me an approximate quote over the phone, which he said he could confirm when he saw the house in person. His quote was very competitive, and he got back to me more quickly than any other contractor. Despite the fact that his schedule was already packed, he managed to squeeze my job in so that I could have the windows cleaned before my house was put on the market. Eric is extremely personable, responsive, and dependable. He confirmed his quote when he arrived at my house and did a great job by all accounts. I highly recommend him.
