We also asked Charles to install a generator inlet connection and an interlock switch for the panel so that the EV battery can be used to provide backup power in case of a power outage. Once we approved the project, Charles gave us a time and duration and he got the job done on schedule. He came back again to rearrange some circuits in the panel so that the EV battery can provide power to the important functions in the house such as kitchen, refrigerator, furnace, den, etc. Overall, we are very pleased with the work done by Charles and we have no hesitation in recommending him."
