He promptly provided an estimate and recommended installing a new, larger electrical panel to replace our old panel which was almost 40 years old and did not have space to add the EV charger circuit. I also asked him to install a generator inlet to the panel so that the EV battery could be used to power parts of the house in case of a power outage.
