My dad is taking a three day weekend-Ok the mower's yours-she said the form you signed had a 37.50 diagnostic charge-I paid- quickly hung up"

"I purchased a Walker mower from Stark Street Lawn & Garden approximately a year ago. The mower had an issue with the grass blower, (I believe the blower bearing is bad) which I brought in for repair 5/6/2020. I have called 3 times to see if the problem/issue has been assessed. Currently (6/3/2020) after almost a month I was told today that it has not even been looked at yet. I purchased the mower from Stark Street as the staff seemed very knowledgeable and had good follow-through during the sale. But I felt compelled to write a negative review regarding their service of products they sell. In Summary, The time frame given for repair was too long (3 weeks); there was no update of the repair status given - neither assessed problem nor updated completion time, after nearly a month Stark Street I have to call only to find out the mower has not even assessed yet. I have been patient as a result of the virus out-break but feel like the lack of any followup shows the service is unsatisfactory."
