they called back 3 days later-it's ready-like find out how much it costs when you show up-well how much did it cost- $160 oh my god- to get that $50 old mower to start- the same one you fixed 4 years ago-at least last time you called before getting my go ahead for $110-protesting the woman said she would talk to the owner-no wiggle room you didn't check the box to be called-let me talk to the owner -he's gone- how about tomorrow? My dad is taking a three day weekend-Ok the mower's yours-she said the form you signed had a 37.50 diagnostic charge-I paid- quickly hung up

Had my mower serviced. They would not give an accurate estimate until they look at mower and call back. Had to sign an agreement that if you dont accept there service and pick your mower up, you will pay $35 to get your mower back. If you dont know the price, how can you determine if you want their services? When I asked what checks they perform, The young girl at the counter did not know. The whole time she seemed inconvenienced. I tried to use a local business but wont be going back. Considering the service cost 30% more than Starks Street Lawn and Garden, I will go back to Starks next year.

I dropped off the mower on Thursday afternoon. They called Monday morning and said it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived they helped me load it into my truck. The people on duty were very polite and very professional. The cost to me was only $33.35! I heartily recommend this shop for the repair of small engines.

FOUND THE EMPLOYEES TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE NICE AND LET US BRING OUR STUFF IN, EVEN THOUGH THEY ALREADY HAD THE CLOSED SIGN UP. WE CAME JUST PAST CLOSING TIME.

I SEARCHED ALL OVER TOWN FOR THE PARTS TO DO THIS JOB MYSELF. NO LUCK. HARRY'S DID A GOOD JOB - NOT CHEAP, NOT FAST. HARRY'S DOES REAL BLADE SHARPENING ALSO, WHICH IS VERY RARE.
