The whole crew at JT West did an awesome job installing a beautiful metal roof on our home in SW Portland. Lonny gave us a prompt bid for the work and materials and worked closely with us as we made color and metal choices. He was very patient as we changed our minds on color a few times and was very knowledgable about metal types and manufacturer warranties. Gary and Donald installed the roof. We were so impressed with their craftsmanship! They hand cut all the metal themselves and made a lot of custom cuts. They showed up everyday until it was done and it’s beautiful! The roof has already been through one winter and performed perfectly. We get so many compliments from our neighbors on the roof and lot’s of questions about the advantages of a metal roof. If you’ve ever considered something other than a moss-collecting composite roof that has to be replaced every 10 to 20 years, check out a metal roof for your home. And, we definitely recommend that you go with JT West for the materials and install. Lastly, they were less expensive than all the other bids we received. They are a smaller, family-owned company, which I think makes all the difference.

This is a responsible respectful group of guys that showed up on time,Finished the job right the first time,and had to work over and around my wife's beautiful garden and we could say not even one rose was damaged! It being oregon we wanted our installation to be done correctly and it was,our experience was great and will never allow anyone to work on our gutters or friends or family besides Jason's Westcoast Gutters!! We needed a total gutter system replacement. They discussed the options for our custom home design and the surrounding landscape and forest. They made recommendations, advised what was best, what was actually needed, and did not try to oversell. The price was very reasonable. When the smoke from the fires created bad air quality conditions, we needed to reschedule a couple of times. They were more concerned than I was that the job get done and that we would get taken care of before the rain set in. The installers knew what they were doing, answered questions, and made sure any special items were done to my saatisfaction. Clean well installed equipment. Everyone from the office to the work crew were very professional and curteous. In fact, they were all really nice. This was a great experience. I would recommed this company in an instant.

Very affordable, great work. Added a custom catch to one my gutters so I don't need to go on the roof. They even cleaned up before leaving so there was no debris on the ground. Very pleased w/ JT West Coast Gutter and would use them again.

They were half the price, of the other quotes. Got the work done within 2 weeks of the estimate, arrived early, and left my yard spotless. Even spraying the dirt off my walkway!

We had old gutter covers removed and new ones installed yesterday. We looked at several products, and decided that their product and their business was the best choice for us. It is too soon to rate the covers, but we really liked the company. They were easy to talk to, gave no pressure in their sales pitch and answered all of our questions. During the installation they cleaned off the roof, installed moss prevention, cleaned the gutters, realigned the gutters and checked for leaks and installed new gutter covers. They cleaned up well after they were through and took our old gutter covers to recycling. One thing I did not expect, but was thrilled about was that they took the time to wipe off the outside of our gutters. I had hoped but not expected them to do this since I cannot reach the higher gutters. It is just an indication of how thoughtful they were, in all areas. I would highly recommend this company.

I was very satisfied with the work performed by JT's. They were quick and thorough. The gutters look great, and there was nothing to fuss about during the installation. If gutters are in the near future, it would be worth it to give them a call.

I had JTs West Coast Gutters install European half-round gutters on 2 houses. Both were complicated jobs. The first house was a steel 5 inch classic European half-round system installed on a large daylight ranch with a steep (7/12 pitch) metal roof. The 2nd house has an even steeper metal roof (mostly 8/12 pitch). It is a very high 2 story with a combination of 5 inch and 6-inch zinc half-round gutters and 5-inch steel half-round gutters. This 2nd house had 2 high and steep dormers, a 2nd story porch roof, and a large main roof, all in slick metal. The 2nd house took 2 1/2 days as it was a very complex install, with 5 main downspouts, 4 downspouts on the 2 dormers and 2 20 foot tall downspouts on the high porch area. Both installs were beautifully done by Gary and his crew and they cheerfully accommodated every special request regarding positioning and alignment. Just an outstanding experience in both jobs, thanks, guys!
