We had one issue we had a question about and they sent two guys out right away to look at it. The only problem we really had was that they didn't call for a locate for where they were going to dig and actually didn't seem familiar with the need to do that."

You got me through this without feeling stressed (especially about how many trees can fit in a yard- haha!) and each of you took time to make sure the she was happy.
