Gary came over to check out the situation and see the kind of pad we still had in place, then came back the next day with the replacement pad. He installed the pad, repaired some loose tack strip, and re-stretched the carpet. All went well and took about 90 minutes. We can't tell that anything happened to the carpet, and the pad feels the same as the original pad (it was about 2 years old)

"I made an appointment with Ed over the phone for a cleaning of a 1426 square foot townhouse. He and his lady "partner in grime removal" showed up on time.  There had been a slight misunderstanding about how much square footage I needed cleaned, so the price ended up higher than what Ed had quoted me on the phone.  Not only did he split the difference with me, but he also honored the 10% off for first time customers!  The two of them cleaned 3 toilets, 2 shower/tub combos, wiped down cabinet doors, cleaned inside cabinets, wiped counters, vacuumed 3 flights of carpet, washed the hard floors and the sliding glass door and inside windows.  They even got all that stuff that gets inside the window and door tracks!  It took them 3 hours, just like Ed said it would, and after they finished, the place looked clean and smelled great!  They were both very nice and were pleasant to work with.
