I confirmed with the person on the phone AND the plumber Chris that was there that there was no need to pay because it was a FREE ESTIMATE. We decided to do the project ourselves because it was going to be cheaper and a month or so later we get a bill saying that we owe x amount of dollars for services. Talking on the phone trying to get an explanation, they say that they only give free estimates to projects such as remodels or new constructions. Why wasn’t I notified of this when I called for them to come out for a free estimate on the project I needed done? Very misleading and disappointed that I even called and asked for them to come look at our house."
