Called and asked for someone to come out and give us a FREE estimate on a project that needed to be done to our home. I confirmed with the person on the phone AND the plumber Chris that was there that there was no need to pay because it was a FREE ESTIMATE. We decided to do the project ourselves because it was going to be cheaper and a month or so later we get a bill saying that we owe x amount of dollars for services. I didn’t ask for them to perform a service on our house I asked for an estimate. Talking on the phone trying to get an explanation, they say that they only give free estimates to projects such as remodels or new constructions. Why wasn’t I notified of this when I called for them to come out for a free estimate on the project I needed done? Very misleading and disappointed that I even called and asked for them to come look at our house.

They were prompt, efficient and professional. The downside of this company was they were hosting a apprentice and they charged me for paying this apprentice and it not pleasant to pay extra for a person which is not needed. Pricing was competitive

Dan Solomon (owner) explained the options and how a tankless water heater functions. I work in a church and we wanted to keep from heating water all week when it was only used on Sundays. During installation he encountered some unexpected additional work but did not charge me extra. Work was done in a timely manner.
